How to request a quote
Tell us what you're renting and when. A standard porta potty rental for a construction crew needs different math than an event restroom rental for 200 guests. We ask for your project type, the number of workers or attendees, how many days or weeks you need the equipment, and your site address in Vancouver. If you're ordering a roll-off dumpster rental, let us know what you're throwing away and roughly how much volume. For septic tank pumping, tell us whether it's a residential tank or a commercial system. We use that information to confirm delivery access and the right holding tank size. Under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), construction sites need 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, so we'll confirm your crew has enough capacity.
Quotes include delivery, setup and the rental unit itself. Service fees are listed separately so nothing hides in the total. Most quotes go out the same business day. What to include in your request
Your exact location in Vancouver matters for drive time and delivery planning. We need 60 feet of straight clearance behind a roll-off truck to set a dumpster down safely, so photos help. For restroom trailers or larger equipment, confirm there's a level spot wide enough for the trailer and its ramp. If you're setting up an ADA accessible porta potty, per ADA Standards section 213.2, at least 5 percent of units in a cluster must meet accessibility rules, and we'll build that into your order. Give us the exact dates: start date, end date, and whether weekends are included, since rates change between daily, weekend, weekly and monthly terms. Let us know how many people will use the facility so we size the tank correctly; a standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons.
Pricing and payment
Your quote breaks out three numbers: the unit cost, the delivery fee and the service fee, so you know exactly what you're paying for. Quotes stay valid for 7 days from the date we send them. Payment runs through credit card, check or ACH transfer, with a deposit due to hold your reservation and the balance settled before delivery. How quickly do you send quotes?
Most requests get a price back within one business day, often the same day for a standard unit or an emergency call. If your site access needs a closer look, we'll follow up with a few questions before the pricing goes out.
Do you quote work outside Vancouver?
Yes. We service Minnehaha, Five Corners, Hazel Dell, Battle Ground, Camas and Gresham 16.8 miles southeast. Delivery fees rise with distance. Call if your location falls outside these towns.
Is there a fee just to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free. You only pay if you book the rental.
What if my project changes after I get a quote?
Call us right away. If your dates shift, your crew size changes, or you need a storage container added, we'll adjust the quote and send an updated total.
