A roll-off dumpster delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so confirm access before ordering. Most locations work fine. If you're unsure, describe the site layout when you call and we'll tell you whether we can serve it.

How fast can you deliver?
Same day is usually possible for standard units in Vancouver. Call before noon for afternoon delivery. Larger orders and specialty equipment like luxury restroom trailers take longer. Ask when you call and we'll give you a real timeline.
Do you offer weekend service?
Yes. Weekend delivery and service cost extra, but we can arrange it. Call and quote the exact dates you need.
What happens if I need to extend my rental?
Call or email anytime and we'll extend it. No penalty for adding days or weeks. If you rented by the day, extending moves you to weekly or monthly rates if that's cheaper.
Can you place a unit in the street or right of way?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city before delivery. Call us with the address and we'll help you understand what the city requires.
What if my site is tight on space?
A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands about 92 inches tall. ADA accessible units need a 60 inch diameter turning circle under ADA Standards 304.3.1. If space is really constrained, tell us the dimensions and we'll find something that fits. Storage containers and small dumpsters are also options for tight sites.
