What We Rent and Service
A porta potty rental starts with the standard unit. We also stock deluxe flushable models, ADA accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for cluster placement, and restroom trailers with multiple stalls and running water. Construction sites with 20 to 50 workers need one toilet per OSHA 1926.51(c) standards. We'll count your crew and tell you how many units you need, no guessing.
Septic work keeps us busy year-round. A residential septic tank typically needs pumping every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household use. We pump grease interceptors when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Emergency septic service is available on weekends if a tank backs up.
For sites where employees handle paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities. That's different from a porta potty. We rent handwashing stations that come with soap and towel dispensers. Hand sanitizer alone doesn't satisfy the rule, you need a real sink. Storage containers work for tool lockups and material staging. We deliver them empty and pick them up when your job ends.

Payment is straightforward. Porta potty rental pricing varies by unit type and rental period. Monthly rentals cost less per day than weekly, and weekly beats daily rates. We invoice at pickup unless you have an account with us. Most construction companies do after the first job.
How fast can you deliver?
We deliver same-day in most cases if you call before noon. Equipment staged at our yard rolls out the next morning if you book in the afternoon.
Do you service on weekends?
Yes. Standard service runs Monday through Friday. Weekend calls carry a premium, but we staff for them.
What if a unit overflows or breaks?
Call the number on your contract and we come out. Emergency calls land with the route driver or dispatch, and they get priority.
Can you handle a small event like a backyard party?
Absolutely. Event rentals run three days to two weeks. We deliver, set it up level, and pick it up after your guests leave.
Do you have ADA units in stock?
Yes. ADA accessible restrooms meet all federal standards for door width, turning radius and operable parts. We keep several on the lot for quick dispatch.
